Empress Sisuca ruler of Arshura, last of the Arshuren bloodline, former ward of Tiamat (in disguise).

Hierarch high level cleric of Set. Hierarch believed to be a close adviser to Empress Sisuca. Hierarch has been involved in five combats with the party but has fled as soon as the battle gets too close.

Saloss high level Sorcerer. After the battle the black knight made a deal with the party to turn Sid back to flesh in exchange for a free pass.

Azure Old Blue Dragon High Level Sorcerer, retreated after losing the battle to keep King Ruperts Father.

Ruby, Drow dealer, has interacted with the party in the past. She had always bargained for what she wants rather than trying force or subterfuge when dealing with the party.

Mortifera, Matriarch Drow that held unusual interest in the party. Killed by Malus.
