Stole your format Greg. Rollender is a human archer paladin of Moradin. He was found on the stoop of the old Dwarven copper mine at Unterberg, which is Dwarven for under-mountain. For reasons, Dwarves have a lot more men than women, so some of these excess men are sent to Paladin training and then “encouraged” to go out and make their way in the world. Unterberg is famous among Dwarves for it’s Paladin school. Sometimes Dwarves from other holds are sent to Unterberg for training. Rollender was never very good at traditional Dwarven occupations like mining or smithing. He is famous for soothing hot tempers and skilled at singing traditional Dwarven drinking songs and ballads, but neither is considered proper work for a Dwarf. Rollender’s adopted father is Pappy Felsbrocken, the mine’s priest of Moradin (another vocation Rollender wasn’t cut out for), and it seemed a natural fit that Rollender should take up the honorable tradition of “going outside” for the benefit of the community and his loved ones.

    ———— Fun facts———
Rollender is very honest and can wind up in hot water sometimes for saying the quiet part out loud. He has a Dwarven eye for beauty, which means his human eye for beauty needs work. Women simply aren’t as attractive without a well-trimmed and braided beard.

His family is wealthy like most old Dwarven families, and he has the “Rich Parents” trait. He is well-equipped compared to most starting character with a light war horse and breastplate, along with a considerable amount of gear.

Phil – I also have given him a custom trait called “Vocalist” which simply gives him Perform (sing) as a class skill. Let me know if that is a problem. I figured you’d be okay since it’s purely a flavor thing. Rollender loves to sing and can be annoying about it.

Rollender is extremely charming by nature, and richly blessed in attractiveness, but believes he’s not the least bit good looking. To Dwarves, he’s not.

Appearance: He rides a white horse that is fight trained that he bought from a ranch on the road to Everton Wells. He’s not great at riding but not terrible. He has a long composite bow that he crafted himself, a greataxe that pretty much stays on his back, and an agile breastplate to maximize mobility. The breastplate is well-polished. All of his things are meticulously maintained. He is accustomed to wealth.
