Well, not quite yet.
The party has taken down the Dog Wizard, Frost. Who was once a white dragon. He lays before them in a frozen keep. In a cold room off the back of the roofless courtyard are prisoners. Six total, 2 of them frozen. Four still alive.
The wizard had on his person a necklace of stone skin, 3 charges (120 hp), and a clock of polymorph.
He also carries a ring of fire resistance, dr 10.
In his chamber is a chest…
This was the second of the 6 dog wizards. Remaining are Fire, Sand, Tempest, and blight.
The King remains with his wife, his grown son, and his partially estranged grown daughter.
A clock of polymorph hmmm? Well, well. Is it a cuckoo clock or perhaps a grandfather clock? That could be hard to tote around. Could be fun though at Noon and Midnight the cuckoo bird juts out and you automatically change into something.
