Hello Mr. Wainwright, I hope this note finds you and finds you doing well. Right now my friends and I are in Whiterock. I promised I would keep you informed and at this time we have successfully slain the dragon in the swamp. It was not easy and I feared for my life throughout the entire ordeal but we did come out victorious.
There is much left to do to lift the curse and clear the roads but we are determined and our confidence is high. Please continue to spend the gold I left with you to upgrade your ability to produce ale and mead. I will get more to you as soon as possible.
By the time you read this we will be deep in the swamp once again searching for the battle site of the lost king. Our mission has made its way to the ears of many and that is concerning. The greed of men is perhaps more dangerous than any monsters we may find in the swamp.
