As the party sits around the camp fire, finishing off their victims dinner, they talk. The conversation starts out along the lines of how good the stew is, and how one of the dead guys could cook and where did they get fresh carrots, but shifts suddenly as the undead Firbolg speaks. “My Queen offers you your lives if you take your human stench out of the White Oak Forest, if you stay you will be slain and serve at her feet for eternity. The giant says no more.
Ya know, it’s a bit unnerving how this thing keeps trying to sidle up to the queen and now speaks for her.
Maybe we should let them run free instead of having them turn in us.
Ya know, like free of their heads and arms.
I agree that Boroff, the remaining undead Firbolg, offers little upside and considerable downside. Hold up while I send him to spy on Storyside. Before he returns, he’ll get another save and without me around, he’ll save.
So about this wooden longhouse, kind of an advantage for the Queen since we don’t know it and she does. Why would we not first burn that sucker down and maybe put some lumps on the bad guys?
