KeymasterWe gather in memory of Tippy Smallfoot, our friend and constant companion from before the time Pelor led me to this family. Now I heard stories of a little hobbit who tried very hard and consistently failed to stay out of danger. This was not the Tippy I knew. I guess he just got tired of failing and decided to embrace whatever fate the Gods had planned. This is a kind of wisdom, the kind that brings acceptance and an ability to look beyond yourself to the higher good. I admired Tippy greatly. My terrifying visage never scared him, and I could relax and be myself around him. Whatever happy hunting grounds he is in now, I hope it is full of adventure and peril enough to keep a little hobbit interested. We will miss you, my friend.
Anyone else have a word?

ParticipantI would say I missed him, but I didn’t. I bit him. Bit him in the kidney and now he’s dead.
Sincerely,

ParticipantHe told the most outlandish tales of battles and killing around the campfires.
He’d tell the tale and explain where and how I got covered in blood and had my clothes ripped up.
He would swear they were true, but I never knew of any of it. He says it’s cause I blanked out and got all ragey, so I just finally quit asking if it was real or made up.February 11, 2025 at 11:00 pm - Views: 133 #927Cryl (Dan)
