The Hand of The King

I’m proud to announce that Malus has accepted my invitation to represent the kingdom as The Hand of The King. There are many reasons for my decision. I trust Malus above all others and I believe him to be an individual of great wisdom. Know one except my own father, knows me any better than Malus does and I know his decisions will be made knowing full well what I would think on the matter.

Of course there will be times when I must and will make decisions but those occasions set aside, Malus will have the full authority of the throne to speak on my behalf.

Thank you Malus. I appreciate your friendship and your willingness to help build Esteria into a kingdom of strength, peace and prosperity.

Okay, and I realize I’m not the most-loved battle technician, but ah, isn’t the Hand supposed to be there when the king is disposed? You guys are kind of in the same carriage.
