The party breaches the house that appears shaken at the intrusion. They go in search of the Chalice of the Veil. When the master of the house appears with his wife and cleric, Cryl wastes little time in dropping him. And then it starts.
The master of the house had used a major image to create the downed figure, and reveals himself as a Babau Demon, the other two as shadow demons. Battle ensues and the shadow cleric falls. The battle turns and under deeper darkness, the Master Babau disappears with the other shadow demon.
The party continues the search, detecting odd stone work and faint magic below the floor of the master’s chamber.
Below, the party finds the Chalice of Veil’s Whisper. Under the presence of the satchel, the magic grows.

Sailing, takes me away….do do do…Oh hey. Yup that was a close one. Flying chickens with lancers on their backs is almost as weird as flying boats. Hopefully we will find a place to land this thing. I long to have my feet back on the ground where they belong.
The savage lands are quite beautiful from up here though.

Did you see that last guy get stuck on the dead chicken and get yanked over. hehehehThe savage lands aren’t so bad. We should consider building condos and resorts here once we get rid of all the evil giants. I guess that would be all the giants. Might need a name change too. Marketing could be a challenge with Savage Lands as the name.
We could charge for flying chicken rides. Who wouldn’t cough up gold for that? Lots of great zip lines with all these mountains too.
