Seems like our best bet is to head off to meet up with survivors of the war between the king and Firblogs. Maybe we can find out all kinds of things:
Where was the King killed and is it likely his scepter and ring were taken elsewhere?
How did they lose when they were expecting an easy win? Some major magic?
What can they tell us about Slyra the undead queen?
What are their favorite colors?
